The care plan builder runs in your browser. The details you type are processed locally on your device and are not sent to our servers unless you create an account or explicitly save a plan.
Do not enter real, identifiable patient information (PHI). Use initials or fictional data. CarePlanKit is a study tool, not a clinical record system, and must not be used to store protected health information.

CarePlanKit (careplankit.com) is the operator (the "data controller") of this site. For any privacy question or data request, contact us at [email protected].
Accounts
If you subscribe, we store your email address and plan so we can provide the service. The legal basis is performance of that contract. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages help students. It is configured with Google Consent Mode v2:
- By default, before you choose, no analytics cookies are set and no identifiers are stored on your device.
- When you press Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure your visit. The legal basis is your consent.
- If you press Decline (or ignore the banner), no analytics cookies are set.
- You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Google LLC acts as our analytics processor and may process data on servers in the United States. We do not use Analytics data for advertising personalization, and we never sell your data. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
